Pay Your Advance Deposit Online
Secure your booking instantly — pay your advance deposit via PayPal. Enter the amount agreed in your quote, then click Pay Now. You can pay by card even without a PayPal account.
Once your payment is received we will send a confirmation email within a few hours. Have questions? Contact us.
Bank Transfer Details
Transfer directly to our bank account. Please use your name as the payment reference so we can match it to your booking.
Once your transfer is sent, please share the receipt via WhatsApp or email so we can confirm your booking promptly.

Cash Payment
Pay the balance in USD or LKR cash directly to your chauffeur.
Advance deposit required to confirm booking. Balance: 50% on first day, 50% on the day before tour ends.
How Payments Work

Request a Quote
Submit your travel details — dates, group size, interests. We respond with a personalised itinerary and all-inclusive price.

Confirm & Pay Advance
Once you're happy with the quote, pay a small advance (typically 20–30% of the total) to secure your booking and chauffeur.

Tour Confirmation
We send you a full tour confirmation email with chauffeur details, vehicle, pickup times, and itinerary.

Balance Payment
Pay 50% of the remaining balance to your chauffeur on the first day of the tour, and the other 50% on the day before the tour ends.
Currencies We Accept
All quotes are issued in USD. Balance payments can also be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) at the prevailing exchange rate.
Payment Policy
Advance Deposit
A deposit (as specified in your quote) is required to confirm your booking. This can be paid via PayPal, bank transfer, Wise, or Western Union.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is payable directly to your chauffeur in two instalments:
- 50% on the first day of the tour
- 50% on the day before the tour ends
Payment can be made in USD or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) at the prevailing exchange rate.

Your money is safe
We only ask for a small advance to secure your booking — never the full amount upfront. The majority of your payment is settled after you've experienced the tour and are satisfied. We have served 1,200+ international guests with zero payment disputes.
