• Quote requests: Full name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, number of travellers, vehicle preference, and special requests.
• Itinerary planner: Destinations, activities, and trip preferences you select when building a custom itinerary.
• Booking details: Flight numbers, pickup locations, and payment information (amounts and references only — we do not store card numbers).
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or WhatsApp.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and send you a personalised tour quotation.
• To confirm bookings and coordinate tour logistics (chauffeur assignment, vehicle allocation, pickup details).
• To send transactional emails: quote responses, payment confirmations, and tour confirmations.
• To communicate with you about your enquiry or booking via email or WhatsApp.
• To improve our services and website experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Supabase (database & authentication) — stores your quote and booking data securely.
• Resend (email delivery) — sends transactional emails on our behalf.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) — verifies form submissions are from real users.
• PayPal (payments) — processes advance deposits. We redirect you to PayPal; we do not handle card details.
• Vercel (hosting) — hosts our website.
• Google Ads & Analytics (advertising) — used for conversion tracking with your consent.

Each service processes data under their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Retention

• Quote requests: Retained for 24 months after submission, then deleted.
• Booking records: Retained for 36 months after the tour completion for accounting and legal purposes.
• Email communications: Retained as long as necessary for customer support.

You can request early deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
